Only the people listed here can open the dashboard. Only the first admin can add or remove admins, change a trainee's password, delete a registration, and export or import data. The first admin can change his own name and password here, but cannot be deleted. Each admin signs in on the registration sign-in page with the email and password set here, and the dashboard opens.
